Katia combines a BBA in Strategic Marketing Communication, 26 years of international corporate experience and executive and team coaching to help women leaders, founders and teams communicate their value and lead change with confidence.
Now an independent coach, consultant and author of Marketing Yourself Forward, she connects the strategic questions of positioning and influence with the human questions of identity, belonging and leadership.
Her commitment to women’s advancement includes founding the nonprofit Professional Women’s Network Munich.
For impact founders and organisations, she brings this combination to strengthening their message, building relationships and guiding teams through change—helping the people behind the mission become as confident and compelling as the work they believe in.
